How Portalkey works...

Portalkey reservations software is designed for travel website operators who prefer guests to pay the cost of their accommodation direct to the property booked.

With Portalkey reservations software, guests:

	visit your website and explore your property information pages
	explore the accommodation choices on your website, using Portalkey's 'Search Availability Form' or referring to your own website pages
	find their preferred accommodation and click 'Book Now' (or 'Check Availiability', or similar) to link into the Portalkey system
	check if accommodation is available at their chosen property for their required dates, and then select their preferred room type and rate
	enter their credit card details onto the Portalkey secure server
	receive instant confirmation of their reservation, and an auto-generated email from the property which they have booked thanking them for their reservation

Each time a guest confirms a reservation, the property booked receives an auto-generated email from the guest summarising the booking details. You, the Portalkey user, have an option to receive copies of all auto-generated emails.

Portalkey 'back office' features:

	unique property link and password for each property to enter room descriptions, rates and availability
	all properties can update their availability on Portalkey - 24 hours a day
	password-protected access to guest credit card details through our Portalkey secure server
	very easy-to-follow screens
	useful help screens
	a central access facility to view reservations at all properties, and to track commission if required
