The Portalkey online reservations software and database is hosted on a dedicated server in Pennsylvania, USA. The server equipment is custom-built and world-class, and is monitored 24 hours a day.

Data input into the reservations system is the responsibility of the hotel (with assistance from Portalkey support staff, if required).

Portalkey staff monitor the system on a daily basis to ensure seamless operation at all times.

Portalkey is written in PHP, a server-side, cross-platform, HTML embedded scripting language.
